2:46:00 its coz you hold the left analog up. You don't need to hold it up for the chocobo to move forward (even though it can help to keep them as high as possible), they will move forward on its own . Just need to do left, right and down (to dive) and only up to bring them back up after dive. 😃

I hate and love how tragic Zack's death is. He takes out an entire army and gets so close, only getting put down by three men. You can see Midgar in the background, they were so close to making it there too. And even the goddamn Turks were out trying to save him. So many ways he could've lived and things could've been different. The actual epitome of a character who was too good for the world they lived in.
